When will the stock market bottom out?

To give an actual date is impossible but I believe the following signs will show the economy has bottomed out.

Consumer debts are substantially reduced.

Average credit rating improve.

Banks start to take small risks.

US federal deficit is cut to less then $500 billion dollars.

Their is a theme here it is lower debt levels or what economist are now calling de-leveraging. High debt level have got us into this mess and they are now a giant monkey on the economies back. Once we kick this addiction to debt people will have disposable income again which they can use to stimulate the economy.

As for the government debt I feel its high level of fear it is causing is paralysing businesses preventing them from investing for growth and further depressing the economy.
