How does the admin work in facebook?

when someone created a page he/she becomes main admin (moderator) of that page.and this person can post on page and change it's about.you can also hire someone as admin on your page to help you.but that person must like the page first.

note:there are 5 ranks of page admins and highest rank is moderator.moderator can even change page's name and add/remove admins from page

note:if you are the person who created that page noone can remove you
