Santa Claus, as the figure associated with Christmas, is called "Kerstman" in Belgium.

However, since Santa Claus is an amalgamation of the figures Sinterklaas (Netherlands, Belgium), Father Christmas (UK) and other traditions of Christmas gift-bringers. One could say Santa Claus is called "Sinterklaas" in Belgium.

Though the Belgian people celebrate Sinterklaas on December 6th.
