Most of the time when someone's never had a partner, it's because you yourself are too shy or unsocial. Try talking to more people and making the first move (like you should if you're interested in someone) and you'll see a huge difference. Don't rush getting a boyfriend, though. Boys are troublesome for young girls and you've your whole life ahead of you to get a boyfriend.
