What is the best prepaid credit card available to teenagers age 16?

I got this card for my son when he recently went on a class trip out of the states. Best out there for what we needed it for and it is safe too. Way better than any other prepaid card that I have seen out there. My son still has use of his card and I give him an allowance on it. It helps teens feel more in control and have a bit of freedom and helps them learn about budgeting and spending. Teens are encouraged to sign up for their own page on the upside site so they can track their spending and such. There is a point reward system too. It still needs a parent to get the money from for the card if you are under 18, I do believe. BTW, its not a credit card, its a debit card but its reloadable, unlike some others.
