What is your impression of sam westing in westing game?

I think that Sam Westing is a friendly man on the inside... just REALLY deep inside. I think this because he befriended Turtle Wexler, one of his two great niece's and kind of helped her win the game. I also believe that he created the Westing game to get closer with his family so he could die happy.
