How do you become a UPS driver?

Everyone that is a Part timer at UPS has a chance of becoming a driver as determined by seniority although there are a few exceptions such as (an employee's driving record) then the next senior person is giver the chance if he / she done not want it then it goes to the next... It can take a few years rarely Months of P/T work. However not all drivers do start with warehouse work every so often UPS will hire someone from the outside.
