Hypothesize what types of animals would have the fastest conduction velocitieds?

If by "conduction velocitieds" you mean Nerve Conduction Velocity, I'd probably guess smaller animals that are often prey. Like a mouse! A rodent's nervous system has to work very fast if they want to escape predators, right? Just a hypothesis.
