Where is language on an iPad?

On an ipad, language settings can be found by going to Settings > General > Language & Region. Here, you can change the device language, set your preferred language for apps, and adjust regional settings. Additionally, you can change the keyboard language by going to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards.
