If you are wanting information about an existing policy you need to call the company directly at their service centers. They have a toll free number that you should easily be able to find on the internet. Sorry but I don't have it with me currently. They also sell their products through independent agents to a certain extent. This will vary from state to state and honestly they aren't very successful in this area of their business. Most companies who try to sell through their own agents and independent agents don't succeed in the independent market. Independent agents have so many companies to choose from that Met and others like Met have trouble competing especially in property and casualty products.
