Is Labor Day a flag holiday?

According to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Labor Day is a flag day. Fly the flag to honor all the working men and women who make this country the great nation that it was and is and will be. American flags should especially be flown on Memorial Day, Flag Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, and Independence Day.
