Why personality development required?

Personality development is as important as oxygen to live. It is the integral part of toady's society. Without a personality, person will not be able to grow as a successful human. Personality traits could vary however everyone should carry one. Difference in personality could be the way you walk, talk, body language etc. In all whatever we do, positive approach is the most important factor and your personality detrmines these traits.
