When a cold bottle is brought into a warm room, the air around it comes into contact with the cold surface of the bottle, causing the temperature of that air to drop. This cooling leads to condensation, as the moisture in the warm air cannot remain in vapor form at the lower temperature and thus forms tiny water droplets on the bottle's surface. This phenomenon is similar to how dew forms on grass in the early morning.
