No, I do not think it's ok to have a crush on a minor if you are a adult, it's inappropriate. Nothing wrong with it as long as you don't violate any laws. No physical contact of any type to be sure you are legally safe! And don't be alone with them! Let's face it, most of us had a crush on a teacher or older person at one time or another. But there wasn't much we could do about it. It can just as easily go the other way.
