What is the only southwestern state that doesn't touch a foreign country?

There are 8 states that can be considered "southwest states" -- California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Oklahoma.

The first four (CA, AZ, NM, TX) have borders with Mexico. The other four do not.
