You can't look at weight. If you're between a size US 2 and a size US 8, you're healthy. Even the government doesn't issue charts like that any more.
Harloe-16-uk: f** tool a size 2 is not healthy! neither i anything from 2-8
any thing from a size 8-16 is healthy love, and on average a 16 year old female should way at least 8-11 stone if not they're underweight. Relax Lizzy Bordon. Here's where I was wrong:
a) I meant to say, US sizes 2-8. That's the same as UK 6-12. That's a 35" - 39" hip, which is about right for a 16yo, 5'5" girl.
More importantly, you can not judge by weight (in stones or otherwise) because muscle weighs more than fat, so obese people can weigh the same or even less than their healthy counterparts. My opinion: I totally agree. I am 16, 5'5",weigh 135, and I am a size 3. BUT I am also a cheerleader, dancer, and a lover of yoga, so I have a lot of muscle. And Im nowhere near sickly skinny, but not fat either. There are so many factors that determine wether or not you are over weight, and it is nearly impossible to determine that over a computer.
