What is the score of a forfieted game?

Rule 66.1 of the NHL rulebook states that if the game is forfeited prior to being commenced the score is 1-0 and the players receive no personal statistics. If the game forfeited while in progress then the forfeiting team has a score of 0 and the opposing team has a score of however many goals they've scored.
