Effective management is always key to success especially when dealing with human resources (employees). In many cases, people who quit their job, do not quit their job, they quit their manager (boss, supervisor). When managers are well trained choosing and organizing all available resources appropriately, it promotes proficiency, efficiency, and productivity, and thus attracts and retains dedicated and committed employees, as long as there is firmness, fairness, and consistency.
