first remove the wiper arms..A 12 mm bolt holds these on. Wiggle them and they should pop off. Next take off the plastic at the bottom of your windshield. This just pops off with a upwards pull. Good idea to clean this up with a pressure washer. The screens get blocked with crud after awhile. Next undo the wiper motor bolts. 4 of them on the passenger side of the engine. 10 mm ratchet. Pull the motor back and use a 12 mm wrench to undo the bolt that holds the arm to the motor. Next take out the 3 10 mm bolts that hold the posts where the wiper arms came off. Next slide the whole thng out through the large opening on the driver side. These parts are expensive so check at a scrap yard. If your transmission was seized then your motor is likely toast as weel. The motor will overheat and burn out due to the strain. I just replaced my whole wiper motor and transmission. I guess this is common with Camry's. Its not a difficult task. The only problem is finding used parts. Not too many Camry's in the scrap yard. That's a good thing. Cheers... Rob.
