you can
1: rest yourself against a wall with our hands resting on your legs
2: breathe in and out heavily 15-28 times ( i recommend not to go to 28)
3: hold your breathe and stand up right
4: have someone push on your chest while your still holding your breathe
5: pass out! (and hopefully have someone to wake u up if your unconscious too Long)
Be careful when doing this, it can be dangerous :)
