Are you restricted from bringing money out of other countries?

You can take 'reasonable' amounts of cash from one country to another - however - you MUST be able to produce evidence that it belongs to you, if asked to do so. Large amounts of cash must be declared in advance on your incoming passenger card - and you must give a plausible (and checkable) explanation of where the cash has come from.
