What is the racial breakdown of the NBA?

According to United States Government surveys, the NFL (National Football League) has 70% of the players being African American. There is 30% Caucasian and other races listed. This survey is taken every year to ascertain if the NFL is following hiring guidelines set forth by the Affirmative Action requirements.
