What is the name of the great lakes in the US?

Lakes Superior, Huron, Erie and Ontario are partly in the USA and partly in Canada.

Lake Michigan is said to be entirely within the USA. However, it is also said that Lakes Michigan and Huron are, hydrologically, one body of water. If so, none of the Great Lakes would be entirely within the USA.
