What is a HGV license?

A driving licence allowing you to drive Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV). It used to be simple:-

• Bike licence - anything over 250cc
• Car licence - Included light vans
• HGV licence - Lorries
• PSV license - Coaches and other passenger vehicles.

It's a lot more complicated now.
