Its a bit challenging..

But you need to remove a couple of plugs mainly the harness that runs along the top of the engine its black.

Once you do that remove the coils and wires, and begin to unscrew the bolts

When you install, just do it hand tight and tighten in an X pattern starting from the middle working left to right and then the edges
