Hillbilly Rummy is a card game typically played with two to six players using a standard deck of cards. Players take turns drawing cards to form sets or runs and aim to be the first to reach a predetermined number of points, usually by laying down all their cards or "going out." Players can also "knock" to end a round, allowing others to lay off their cards. Scoring is based on the remaining cards in opponents' hands, with face cards usually worth more points.
