How is consumerism related to aged care?

well if you think about it, everything is connected to and affected by consumerism.......aged care will be affected in two ways, 1. rich people will have greater acces to medication etc for (presumably) a cheeper price 2. poorer people will have a higher price to pay (see other effects off consumerism to make more sence of this answer.
