What temperature kills the vinegar eel?

The vinegar eel is very resistant to temperature extremes, but will perish if exposed to 2 continuous minutes of exaclty 38.3 degrees centigrade. This is most easily accomplished by taking 8 or 9 mucinex pills and chasing it with 3 bottles of Robitussen DM, then vigourously rubbing your hands together while watching Roseanne reruns. Then you must grab the vinegar eel in your warmed hands and shout into it's maw the following;
