Anne Boleyn, by far, of the five we have portraits of. I don't believe there are any surviving pictures of Catherine Howard, she may well have been pretty also. Katherine of Aragon, Anne of Cleves and Katheryn Parr were plain and Jane Seymour bordered on ugly.
