No, in fact most muslims disagree with violence. Al-Qaeda acts outside of its beliefs and does what their sacred beliefs disagrees with. Even the president of Iran who has a rocky relationship with the U.S. critizised the attacks of 9/11, and displayed sympathy toward the victims.
