What to wear in 60 degree weather?

Since the catagorey is womens clothing, I would wear a pair of jeans(you can roll them up if you get hot) and a sequined fushia or coral blouse. You can wear any light color to emphasise spring! I would also wear converse shoes or leather boots if there is a low low temp.
