How come pre-teen guys wear diapers?

While there are several products to help kids and teens who wet the bed stay dry overnight (such as GoodNights and UnderJams), they're not always absorbent enough. Some choose to wear regular diapers than risk a pull up failing. It might be because he has infantilism. Or he just is a wierd kid. I wear diapers still and im eleven. it quite fun if u try it. i am a girl and i have found more girls wear diapers and plastic pants than do boys.girls wear them under holiday and special occasion dresses to be cute and little girlish.i am catholic and at our parish all the girls wear a cloth diaper and plastic pants under their communion and confirmation dresses
