What is the warmest and wettest area of the earth?

Believe it or not, one of the wettest places on earth is believed to be Mt. Waialeale in Kauai, where it is believed to rain between 11,000 and 13,000 millimetres per year! There it rains for about 11 1/2 months per year. That's alot!
