What kind of cigarretes help you quit smoking?

It seems that electronic cigarettes can help you, but not sure. The main weapon you can use to quit smoking is the awareness of the benefits you can get afterwards, and a strong will power. I have smoked during 20 years. I quit smoking suddenly, and it happened 33 years ago.
