Why does a 1997 Jeep Wrangler run rough after starting when the engine is warm this could be on a hot day or after use it's OK after revving the engine a few times.?

IF it has the 4.0 engine, they are common for carbon build up around the valves, preventing them from turning and maintaining a good seal. Using a chemical cleaner for intake valves may help.
