Is there some good book or essay that refutes the opinion of The Law written by Frédéric Bastiat?

I'm sure you mean "refutes the principles..." and I will answer as if that is the case.

Many essays and/or books refute "The Law" in principle. I do not know of any that refute it by name. Such would include "The Communist Manifesto" by Karl Marx and other famous Socialist works.
