How do you connect your Airport Extreme to your Windows Vista?

make sure that you update your iTunes however, then once this is done, goto computer button in the bottom right hand corner and click on your airport express, it might take a minute to re-load the settings to your airport express, but it should then work, im on 32 bit vista and it works well for me.
