Will getting a tattoo on your hand effect you in getting a job?

It really depends on what kind of job and where and what the tattoo is. Obviously if there is something vulgar or offensive tattooed on your face your most likely not getting the job. If its a flower on your ankle or something along those lines or something that's easy to cover up id say your fine.
