What are the advantage and disadvantage of being old in your society?

Many elderly people in our society are treated as useless and like they have become too old to contribute to society but this is not true. The advantages of being old are the wisdom and memories that come along with it. Elderly citizens have stories to tell in order to give us young people the morals and knowledge we need to better our society.
