Low density lipoproteins are essential for the transportation of cholesterol in the blood stream. Without these your body's transport of cholesterol would be impaired and your cell membranes would becomeunstableand the production of steroids would stop.
If you have normal serum LDL levels then it should be of noconcern.
There are some health conditions, such as Heart disease and Diabetes, where we recommend that the LDL level be lower than normal. You should ask you doctor what level is right for you.
