Is meningitus the same as spinal meningitus?

Meningitis is inflamation of meninges surrounding the brain INFECTIVE in nature. Clinically it shows a triad of FEVER-Headache-Neck Rigidity.

Meningism is inflamation of meninges surrounding the brain BUT NOT of nfective in nature. Clinically it shows a triad of PHOTOPHOBIA-Headache-Neck Rigidity.
