What are the two stomachs of the owl called?

The first is the glandular stomach or proventriculus. This produces enzymes, acids, and mucus that digestion.

The second is the muscular stomach, known as the Ventriculus, or gizzard. In Birds of Prey, it serves as a filter, holding back insoluble items such as bones, fur, teeth and feathers.
