Im going to have my hair dyed on Thursday and Im going for something different so I am deff having a red fringe but shall I have red on top and black on bottom or black on top and red on bottom?
If you are only having the red on the fringe I think you should get it under it or on the bottom. This way you will see it coming through and it won't be a 'in your face' kind of look.
