How do you make your own web page like woozworld?

Well.. Some people make websites and they get payed and lots of people help .. But if your wanting to make your own it will take alot of work and maybe some money :/ but woozworld is great fun that u can talk to u friends and all.. Or u wanting to make one just like woozworld were you can talk to other people and others can play ?
