you don't have to disconnect the battery-some people do..coolant/engine should be cooled to a touch..remove radiator cap...find drain plug at the bottom of radiator-the wing bolt/bolt is usually facing the engine...place pail/pan under the spout area and open the bolt-DON'T OPEN ALL THE WAY OUT!!! or most of the coolant will be all over the floor...remove radiator hoses at bottom and top-perferabally radiator side...unplug wires to fans and coolant temp switch...remove top radiator brackets holding the radiator down....pull radiator up w/ fans still bolted.....to install just do the reverse....there is no bleeding hole on the 91 camry...to fill coolant (should be 50 %coolant/50% distilled water-KEEP COOLANT COLORS THE SAME!!! or else it will corrode the freeze plugs and evenually cause your car to overheat)...open the heat selector and turn the fan on "HI"...fill w/ coolant til full....start engine and keep filling til the coolant reaches the top...rev engine to above 2000rpm to see if coolant is suck down, then fill again if needed....put radiator cap back on and fill the coolant reserviour w/ 100% coolant..check for leaks and take it on a drive for a couple miles
