Can you sue your partner for giving you herpes if they knew they had it and did not tell you and once you found out continued to have relations for 8 years knowing that herpes was present can you sue?
Only an attorney can give you legal advice but I would think that staying in a sexual relationship after learning of your partner's condition would make it very difficult to successfully sue.
