Where do you get the weapon cold rune edge in aqw?

You get it in kings coal kill the ice elements if you can't find then add damian430!

First you have to unlock the place called Kingcoal. There you will see a monster named, Ice element or something like that. Defeat those and soon you will be rewarded with a Cold Rune Edge! It took me like 5-10 minutes to get it. Hope you like the sWord its a very nice weapon :)
