Does John Schnatter from Papa John's pizza have parkinsons?

I would say that after seeing the latest Pappa Johns commercial, It became clear to me that he was struggling to hold still. Perhaps something in the order of Parkinson's, or even a type of Tourette's syndrome.. I noticed an inflection in his voice as well !!
