If you are going to try this, practice in a shower stall first:

Cut the top off of a water bottle so it makes a funnel (be sure

to take the cap off). # Turn the funnel upside down and insert it into the bottom part of the bottle. # Crouch on the bottle and let loose. # Dispose of it properly. This worked fairly well for at least a few of our female soldiers...nobody got shot at for taking an unscheduled pit stop.
