What are all of the animals that can fly but don't have wings?

Birds are not insects!

Most insects have wings and can fly - e.g. flies, bees, wasps, moths, butterflies, beetles, dragonflies, ...

Some insects cannot fly, e.g. ants (although some ants can fly for a day or two of their life)
